Pregnancy/ birth control symptoms

Hello!

My husband and I are trying to conceive currently. I used to be on both control about 7 or 8 years ago. While I was in it, I had some pretty severe symptoms (nausea, vomiting in the morning and mood swings). The most worrying symptom was nausea as it was pretty severe.

I read once that the symptoms you have while on birth control are similar to the symptoms you’ll feel during pregnancy (something to do with the hormones). I’m really concerned about the nausea mostly and was wondering if anybody has had any similar experiences with this?
