4th c-section.?

I am thinking about ttc again. I've had 3 C-sections, and my last one was 3 1/2years ago. All spaced out about 4 years. The Dr I spoke with kind of made me hesitant on trying, because she said I could rupture, so continue at my own risk! Has anyone of you ladies had 4 or more ?

I just had my 3rd c section in January, all are 3 years apart  and my doctor was concerned about us trying for more children. The more c sections the higher the risk of rupture, tubals and other issues. I had my tubes tied in January. As much I would’ve loved one more baby, I couldn’t chance not being around for the 3 I already have. Just my decision. But I have heard of woman having more than 3 and being successful. If you are uncertain, maybe speak to another doctor? Good luck with your decision making!

I'm currently 27wks pregnant with my 4th baby who will be my 4th C-section, mine weren't spaced pretty though, I had 5yrs between C-section 1 and 2 but then had my other 2 only 2yrs apart, now onto my 3rd in 3 years. I'm terrified actually. That said they haven't made a huge deal out of rupturing (it is rare) my doc is more concerned about my scar adhereing to my bladder or bowel and tearing it. Duting C-section 3 they had to reinforce my bladder and I had a catheter/bag for 2-3wks post op
 In the end I put my faith in God, if he decided I'll be a mother of 4 then I will be:)

My sister had 6 with no issues . I asked my doc Bc i read something similar about having more than 3 and he said that’s on the doc not wanting to take the risk, so they push it off on the patient. He said as long as there weren’t any issues with the pregnancies and you heal well after each and things look good, there’s no reason to have your tubes tied . He also told me that Eleanor Roosevelt had 10 or 11!!

I just had #6 this year in February and our Dr said we could have another. Did you ask why so hesitant?? I'd ask in detail as to why or why not?? Was there complications with your last?? Uterus too thin?? Ask ask ask...

I’ve heard that according to most medical resources, doctors can only safely guarantee 3 csections. But I’ve heard of a woman who had 9 before. I think if you feel strong and your body feels up to it, have an honest talk with your doctor or find one who will give you the facts.
