Normal for ovulation pain?

So around the time I was expected to ovulate I had lower abdominal pain but it was the whole area not just one side and it was intense I felt almost bloated but I wasn’t was that ovulation pain? I had lots of ewcm but I stopped testing since I found out I have pcos and just bd often.
