How many times a week do you have sex?

My sex drive is so low!!! I hate it but I feel like there is nothing I can do! Am I the only one? Any tricks? Just don't want this interfering with my relationship with my hubby... :-/

I am the same way! The only time I am "horny" is when I am ovulating.....I didn't know that until I started this app. I hate it and sometimes I have to "force" myself to have sex.....once started I am fine but to start is the problem.

My husband and I on average have sex 4-5 times a week, but when there is an issue typically it's him who has the low sex drive for many reasons. Stress, weight, depression, tiredness ect. However I've noticed recently that my sex drive has been dipping and then going through the roof not really all that sure what to make of it yet. But it can happen to anyone! My suggestion is to talk it out, ask if there is anything you both can do that isn't currently happens on a regular basis, whether it is oral sex or just the  need for  more foreplay or different positions. If it continues I would say see you doctor it very well could be a hormone imbalance!

My husband and I used to just have sex a couple times a week, but we went through a couple months where we couldn't keep our hands off each other which is how I'm now 14 weeks pregnant lol. It's normal for one partner to have a lower sex drive. Tell him what turns you on and he'll be willing to do that for you to help you get in the mood! Also try date nights where you're away from the normal every day life.

Mine varies throughout the month.. sometimes when I am feeling very PMS I can't even look at him without shouting.  But usually the week before, I pounce on him at every opportunity... I wouldn't worry about it, everyone is different! Xox

I was on birth control for 7 years and stopped taking it about a month ago. I noticed I have a much higher sex drive and I actually have the urge to have sex. Before I just didn't care to have sex and was never feeling up to it.. My SO always wanted it and I would make excuses. Now it's the other way around! I don't know if that helps at all, but maybe it's some sort of medication you're taking or something in your life that's causing it.
