Can you feel cysts?

Does anyone ever actually feel their cysts on their ovaries? I sometimes feel a slight dull pain on what seems like my ovary, it just lasts a few seconds and fades out. Comes and goes maybe twice a day. Sometimes alternates ovaries also...I thought it might be ovulation pain but idk what it would alternate. Also it happens a week after ovulation so that’s what makes me think I’m just feeling cysts on my ovaries? Not painful at all, I can just feel it...anyone experience something similar?
