Increase breast milk
I pump and bottles feed my son. I’ve noticed that my milk production has decreased. I use to be able to get 3 1/2 oz out of my right and 2 1/2 out of my left. Now I’m barely getting 3 1/2 combined.
What can I do to increase milk production? I don’t want to supplement formula. I would really like to continue to breast feed.
