Awful pains on last day of period?!

This period has been SO weird! I had no signs of AF coming (she was 6 days late last cycle, so I assumed she'd be late again, but she was right on time!), I usually am crampy and heavy the first 2 days but no cramps till day 3 this time. And day 3's cramps also came with nausea and migraines.

And now I'm on day 4 and omg y'all....it feels like a balloon inside me and everytime it moves it shreds my insides with knives.

Anyone else experienced this before?! I'm nauseous. I'm in pain. I have a migraine. Again. I took Tylenol and Gaviscon and just hoping for the best and to get some sleep tonight. 😭

Anyone??? WTH is this?! I have recurring cysts and chronic pelvic pain, but this is different. It has me a little worried. But I don't have a doctor here yet (just recently moved states). SOS!
