Should I test??

Okay so I need some advice..I am always on time and regular for my periods. This month my period came on time and was light when it started (which is normal), day 2 was normal and day 3 nothing sep for maybe some light spotting so light nothing on the pad and it was pink color. That’s how it was yesterday and today nothing so anyways I have been on a anti inflammatory for my knee. I looked it up to see if that’s what it could be but alll I see is it stops period cramps when it comes to effecting my cycle. So I got a test but does anyone know if this antibiotic could effect my period??
