Possibly another ectopic #heartbreaking !!! 😭

So I am 5 weeks and three days I previously had an ectopic in April this year and had my tube removed fell pregnant again with this pregnancy exactly 5 weeks same as last time my worst nightmare brown spotting started I don’t have any pain went for a u/s yesterday and again nothing found in my uterus etc same as last time had my bloods took they where 108 and getting them took again tomorrow I have actual no hope at all this is going to be fine last time I had mexetrexate shot which didn’t work and I am so hoping when I get it tomorrow it works and I don’t lose my remaining tube ! It took me all this time to get over my last one to once again have it again is so heartbreaking the worst thing is as well I was meant to have my first ivf appointment today ! I wish I waiting and listened after an ectopic I r more likely to have another one 😢 I can’t wait to be a mum and I no I will be an amazin one when my time comes !!
