TMI - Blood - Possible Miscarriage - HELP

I feel like I’ve asked this a million times in my head but I’m so scared. I got my blood work that I was pregnant last week (possibly 4 to 5 weeks pregnant at the most) and now day 2 of this bleeding. I’m not cramping too terribly bad and the clots haven’t been much bigger than this but they pass every time I go to the bathroom. I’m so scared that I’m having a miscarriage. Is there any chance that I’m not? The doctor still wants me to go in October 5th for what would have been my 1st ultrasound and I’m having more blood work done tomorrow. I just don’t know what to think. I’m heartbroken & confused. Looking for any signs of hope.
