Bleeding @ 30 weeks

I am 30 weeks pregnant and tonight when I went to the bathroom and wiped, I noticed blood on the toilet paper, but it wasn't crimson red, nor was it light pink either; more or less in between. Prior to going to the bathroom, I had been having some cramping, mostly in my back above my butt that had started about 3 hours before then but weren't consistent, painful, or consistent. I just went to the bathroom and noticed that the bleeding has lightened up a little, but I am still cramping here and there and feeling pressure like I have to poo. My daughter is moving, just not constant either. Should I go to the ER or wait to call my OB first thing in the morning?
