Should i be concerned... update

So I am 4 weeks 1 day we just found out I was pregnant yesterday! Today I went to walmart and bout a couple more tests. Went to use the bathroom and found this

I'm freaking out. I'm.at the Er now. Alone. With my 8 month old. I can't stop crying. Someone please talk to me.

Update: well my HCG was 11 he said he thinks it's a really early pregnancy and they are gonna check again in 2 days. He said I have a cyst that could be causing the bleeding. Which turned red while I was there. Y'all please pray for me.
