So i’m 8 months pregnant and my baby father just told me that he wanna go to fright fest at six flags with his boys .. no problem right ? but they chose the last day of the event which is October 31st.. Cool 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️  but OUR daughters DUE DATE is Nov 1st ... 😑😑 
should he be able to still go or no ?
 i told him if he chooses to go i’m not calling him if i go into labor while he’s gone, am i wrong ?

I wouldn’t stop him, if he decides to prioritize a halloween event over the birth of his child then so be it. It’ll tell me everything I need to know about what kind of father he intends to be and I’ll act accordingly.

I don't understand a child in your womb is as much responsibility of a woman that is to a man. How important can going to have fun can be rather than staying at home for the mother of your child who is going to go through all the pain. I let my husband go for a night for a bachelor party when I was 32weeks but I practically had to push him since that guy is his best friend. I don't think you are being petty for saying that you won't call, I would have reacted the same way. He needs to step up his game.

Says something about his character that he would do that.  I'm sure there are many other days he could go that are not so close to your due date. But I also think it's immature that you would just not call him if you go into labor.

I’d play it by ear and decide further down the line if possible
If you’re showing signs of labor, then no. If it seems like you may go past your due date (some women can go weeks past their edd) then sure

Ummm let him go. And it’s really immature of you not to call him about the baby being born just because your mad that he went. That’s immature. Call him when you start having contractions and ask him to come home and drive you to the hospital. I would never not call my husband because he wanted to go out with his friends before the baby. If i had the baby before that I’m a mom i can handle a few hours by myself with the baby I’d have him help me set up supplies around me so i was set for when he was gone so i didn’t have to walk around the house a whole lot but I’d let him go. And if your in the hospital in labor i seriously doubt he’d go
