Hey ladies!

So my sisters wedding is coming up and I am wearing a dress. Well, I have chest and back acne and I have no idea what to do. I have tried the nutroginia grapefruit scrub thing but that breaks me out even more. I have even tired the gold dial soap, the dove beauty bar, dr, bronnes peppermint soap, and even my charcoal cleanser but nothing seems to be working!!! What do i do! How do I get rid of it
