Would I be Safe??

So I am on the third day of my fertile window and I don't think I am most fertile yet because I am not having much cm. I would like to have sex with my boyfriend this week (in about 2 days) and we will definitely use a condom as well as the pull out method but I am also looking into the bc pill later today. Is it safe for me to have sex during this time in my cycle, even with all this protection??
