What's going on with me?

Hey guys so i haven't gotten my period this month which is very unusual. Even if I'm stressed i still always get it. I haven't had sex in over 3 months and i got my period last month but it was shorter than usual. I also keep getting hot flashes and sweating more than usual. I'm always cold but this past month I've been so hot. I've never had this happen before and I'm afraid something serious is going on. Has anyone had this happen to them before? I've also had some slight cramps but i don't feel like I'm about to get my period at all, I'm not on bc either if that helps.
