I can't have sex

I am a 25 years old girl, married to a 36 years old man, we had sex for the first time this month it was hard as I needed a hymen removal surgery because it was thick, after that it was so hard to let his penis go inside me I was anxious and scared so I was locking myself, I wasn't letting him plus he looses erection as soon as it is on the hole. I really don't know what to do and I don't want him to feel that he is not good enough. I wish I can talk to someone who can help me ?
