I swear I'm prego...

So last cycle I had spotting at 9dpo, then AF came a day early and was lighter than usual. I'm about to Ovulate again but just have this feeling i am pregnant or have an ectopic or something. HPT all look negative, but I have nausea, cold and hot flashes, back and neck pain, pelvic cramping, I just dont know...I guess a positive OPK in a few days followed by another AF will help me accept that I'm not pregnant...14mo TTC. Any way I'm actually pregnant?
