37+2 and 3 cm today 😳

I went to the hospital last Monday for contractions, no dilation. Went to the doctor Friday and was at 1 cm. Doctor told me she didnt think I'd make it to my csection date (October 8th) and possibly not even this week. Well I went back this morning and I'm now at 3 cm. She said I was progressing pretty fast and wants me to go to l&d anytime I start having consistent contractions. Even if they were 10 minutes apart. She asked to see me again on Friday, but thinks its possible I'll have to have baby before then. Its getting real! I was hoping for an October baby but September is good too!
