I only clean it with salt water and I do that two times a day

It looks like a keloid, not an infection to me. Try putting tea tree oil on the bump once a day for three or four days and see if it helps. 😊

Looks like keloids, I got them too on mine.. so disappointed lol

Not infected, I got this a lot on my piercing too, it'll go away with time. Keep doing what you're doing to keep it clean

You might wanna try cleaning it less.. constant touching especially with dirty hands make piercings irritable and England’s. Try once a week
