Help me get prego ladies

Pleas someone give me some tips that I need to know to get pregnant me and my husband have been trying for 2 years. For some reason it’s so hard !! I have had 3 children from a previous marriage and never had an issue!!! Then I had got the merina when I divorced and kept it for two years and had it removed to try and get pregnant! And now I have literally not trying to sounds nasty but my husband and I have been like animals in bed literally any chance we get ! To the point that my stomach hurts bad!!! I’ve tried holding my legs up over my head all night I’ve tried shoving Tampons in after to hold the sperm in!!! Girl please give me some tips !!! We are so desperate!!!!
