HELP- Bf has interview out of state

Me and my bf have been together for 7 years. We are about to graduate college in December. He has an interview for a company in Philadelphia. He said he would take it if it was the best option for him. I work for a company that I cant imagine leaving. I worked so hard to get here and now I'm stuck. Do I sacrifice my career in a place I so desperately want to be in for his career. Or does he sacrifice for me? Or do we just do our thing without holding each other back? It's so complicated and we have time to think... but what am I supposed to think?
