TTC after D&C at 13 weeks

Hi everyone,

I had a D&C on Sept 12th at 13 weeks pregnant due to the baby having acrania. We were told to wait 2 weeks to have intercourse but we caved after 8 days. I took a ovulation test that next night and it showed positive, but is this because I still had pregnancy hormones in my body? We also had intercourse exactly 2 weeks after the D&C. The past 4 days or so I have had brown discharge which I thought was my period but it only happens a couple times a day and isn’t enough for a tampon. Could this mean I am ovulating? Any advice would be so helpful. Thank you in advance and I wish for healing & rainbow babies for all!!
