So I got in a car accident a few weeks ago and it wasn’t major but as I felt my MIL stomping on the breaks my back was locking up as it usually does when I’m in the car with someone and they hit the breaks fast but we hit the car the turning into oncoming traffic and shook me up while I was already so tense and i also hurt my knee we had just left my ob so we went right back to check baby’s heart beat and then we went straight to the chiropractor and all of that

Before the accident I was having lower back pain which I’m pretty sure was due to pregnancy but after my back locked up and I got shaken up I instantly felt pain in my whole back and neck I’ve been seeing the chiropractor 3x a week but he’s only ice and heat and sometimes and ultrasound in my neck

I just can’t get comfortable ever my back is always in pain and I don’t know if just pregnancy or the accident or both and I’m miserable and am not getting much sleep because my neck and the middle of my back feel awful when I’m laying on my sides
