never have sex...

I want a baby so badly. I'm 38 and feel like my window to conceive is closing. my husband says he wants one too but we never have sex. we both have some health issue that I think contribute to that. but for some reason either he doesn't want it or I don't. we can never get on the same page. I'm not sure what to do. maybe try to be artificially inseminated. but that would be an embarrassing Dr. visit. where I would have to admit that we don't have sex anymore...
