Could I be pregnant?

I have a tendency to get paranoid about these things, but now I’m worried. Last weekend my boyfriend and I had sex while I was on my period while we were away for a little vacation. Turns out I forgot my birth control so I missed a blue pill and the day I came back started a new pack. He really doesn’t want a baby right now, and it’s my fault for being irresponsible but what are the odds? Is it too early to take a test and is it too early to be feeling the symptoms because . This morning I notice every time I sneeze, my stomach hurts... is it my paranoia or should I go to a doctor?
