IUI same day as positive OPK?

Hi all! I’m going for my first IUI this cycle and it looks SUPER likely that I’m going to get my positive opk tomorrow.. Saturday. They don’t do IUIs at my clinic Sunday so I’d have to go in same day-

Has anyone else been in this situation? Is this going to bring down my chances of success?
