Baby fever

I am 19 and really want to have a baby but my partner doesn’t want to have a kid till at least 24/25... I was pregnant at 17 with him and I had a miscarriage right after I turned 18 and ever since I pray every month I don’t have a period... I get hella depressed around when my period comes and he knows, I tell him and I’m honest but nothing changes... he always says if it happens then it happens but he doesn’t want to have a planned baby for a while... but I want to have one so bad... and it doesn’t help that my best friend who’s only a month older than me just had a little boy and I love my little nephew but I’m so jealous... I just want to have that bundle of joy to hold and love and watch them grow up everyday... any advice???
