1cm dialated at 33 weeks?

Is it bad that I am dialating already? Does this mean I am not gonna go to full term? I went to the hospital today cuz I was having really bad pains in my belly into my vagina like these shooting pains and they told me I am 1cm and my fluid looks a little low and I have to go back tomorrow for a better sonogram. Also they told me my little man is 4 pounds 7 oz. will they only keep him if he is under 5 pounds? I am so nervous that I will deliver early and have to leave my baby in the hospital it’s like a huge fear of mine. Please help ease my racing mind.
