Help pumping
I have a 24mm breast shield and it's to big, I ordered a 21mm but it won't arrive until Monday. I'm still pumping with the 24mm but not getting much out and baby isn't breastfeeding well. What can I do in the mean time to relieve some pain and get the milk out?
Note* I am doing hand expression in the shower but I'd like to keep my milk and I can't do it over a bowl...
