Chances of being pregnant...?

My boyfriend and I are sexually active, who woulda thunk it, I’m posting this under the “sex” category.

I have an implant because the thought of having a child gives me hives, and USUALLY, we use condoms. When we don’t, he doesn’t come inside of me, aside from one occasion that he did by accident.

You would think I wouldn’t be concerned, thanks to implant and all, but a week ago we had sex without a condom and my spotting stopped (I’ve had consistent spotting on Nexoplatin) completely. I’ve thus become bloated but I’ve had no other symptoms. I’m also currently writing this after having sex so it may be due to that.

Am I paranoid? Or do I have reason to be concerned...
