DPO pregnancy tests

So I am now 7 DPO. I haven’t really had any symptoms except sore boobs but that might be because I’m supposed to start my next period next week. How many days past ovulation until you ladies got a BFP? and how many days past did you start feeling pregnancy symptoms, if any?
