Moisturiser for oily skin?

So I have acne and really oily skin. I’m currently using The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors and i find that it’s okay, but not making much difference to my skin.

I am looking for a moisturiser to even out skin tone, but am wanting something that’s free of perfumes or any other nasty stuff like parabens and alcohol as I have sensitive skin!

If someone could recommend something that would be perfect. I live in the UK so something that’s available here would be best xxxx
