Sleeping Positions

I am 20+4 and I am not really showing yet, it just looks like I ate a lot but no definitive bump. Anyway, I read that I should be sleeping on my left side so this past week I've been trying really hard to start making that a habit except IT SUCKS! I wake up with back aches and everything seems out of place. I have a long large pillow that I put between my legs but that's it. For those of you that have the pregnancy pillow, is it worth it? Does it help you sleep better? What other things are you mommies doing out there to get a good night sleep?
