Parent problems

So I’m 15 and I’ve started to notice quite a few problems going on between my parents. When I was like 10/11 my mom would go out at night to watch my sisters performances or swim meets and I would be left home with my dad. He would start acting all weird, he couldn’t walk straight or he would come into my room in just his underwear and grab my ass and just be creepy. One day my mom saw him like that and he blamed it on his heart medication and she believed him. And last year my dad came out and told my family that he was an alcoholic. Also my dad worked for the government and he would show up to work drunk and he got fired for it which is the only reason he told us about being an alcoholic. Now he works at Wegmans and my mom and him fight all the time over money and how he says he’s sober (he’s not you can smell the alcohol on him) and I just wish they would get a divorce bc they are ALWAYS mad at each other and it would make our family better.
