Brown discharge

Hey, on Monday night I had some discharge that was light pink an mucasy. So I called my doctors Tuesday morning and got an internal scan. We saw the 'flicker' and doc was happy. Today I've woken up and am having brown discharge. I would b 7 weeks today. I did miscarry in April so I'm always thinking the worse 😣. I'm guessing if they saw the heart beat yesterday then I should b ok?
