Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds🎃😄❤

Oh my goodness! These are so delicious! Just thought I would share with y'all.

So after you cut your pumpkin open, you'll need to take out the seeds and separate them from the pumpkin guts. I usually put them all in a big bowl of cold water and use my hands to separate. Then you'll need to pat them dry with a towel.

Ingredients: (for every 1 cup of pumpkin seeds)

- 2 Tablespoons melted butter

- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spread seeds onto ungreased baking pan. Toss with melted butter; stir to coat. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

- Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown and crisp.

- Cool 10 minutes or until completely cool before serving.
