3 negative test but still no period

I'm irregular and so when eve predicts my period I'm usually either 2 days early or 2 days late then I have a normal period but this month I haven't had my period AT ALL. I took a test on the 21st and it was negative

Then I was spotting very very little light pink/red color on the 22nd so I started to worry cuz I also had some intense cramps but I figured I was gonna get my period BUT THEN I took another test on the 26th also negative (I didnt get a photo) and i took another about 10 minutes ago and again negative

If I'm not pregnant and I haven't gotten my period ALL MONTH LONG should I go to the hospital and have a blood test done? I absolutely hate hate hate needles so I dont wanna do it if I'm being honest but I also need to find out what the heck is going on with me. I'm 18 and I'm too young to be a mother right now yes I have MAJOR baby fever but I know I'm not ready. Please please please any advice helps also heres a picture of my cycle
