Yeast infection or something else?

So I had a yeast infection about a week ago and I went to the ER after two days of it and I'm allergic to the leading prescription to get rid of it. so they couldn't give me any medicine so I had it use natural medicine to get rid of it and it went away on its own. then I got my period right after and it lasted for 3 days and then I got off of it. I just had sex and it was burning the entire time and I had to stop. It still feels a little inflamed inside and my vagina started to get swollen a little bit after sex. Is this a yeast infection or is something else wrong with me?
