Head cold after baby shower

This weekend I had my baby shower, I’m not use to being around so many people anymore since I don’t work I kind of just mostly stay around family and my dogs lol. But I was around a ton of people and now I have a head cold. I woke up yesterday with my sinuses literally throbbing. I slept most of it off but now I just feel gross and sick but all in the head. Any other moms got sick while pregnant? What has made you feel better😭
