Freeze or dump?

Hi ladies,
I went to the dentist on 9/28 and had pumped milk beforehand for my son to have while I was gone. It wasn’t used and I just looked in the fridge and I never froze it 🙄. So it’s now been three days. I hear so many conflicting things on safe timeline. Should I freeze it or dump it?
Also, when freezing milk that’s been in the fridge, does anyone have tricks for getting the fat out that’s stuck to the sides of the bottle?

It’s safe to freeze it now 😊 
When it’s time to use, just sit it in very warm water and swirl. The fat will liquify when warm.

I do that all the time. I take the bottle out and swirl it. The fat usually gets stuck to the bottle towards the top. I use the heat from my fingers while swirling and it comes right off.
