Saw my ex at the gym

I saw my ex at the gym with his new girlfriend. As soon as I saw them I left, I was legit there for 3 minutes.

It frustrates me that I can’t even do that for myself without having to be reminded that I’m not shit and there will always be someone before me.

He was training her. Something I would ask him to do for me for months.

And I know I’m gonna get a lot of “you should’ve stayed and showed him you’re strong and doing something for yourself”

I have gained so much weight since I last saw him. It’s humiliating. I looked like a fat cow on a treadmill.

I feel like I need to find a new gym
