Am i overthinking?

Ok, I know we all have crazy questions about the iud because I don’t know about others but like me I hate calling my ob every second asking millions of questions well here is mine, I got the mirena iud in April a month after my daughter was born, well I got my period for a whole month, and after that it went regular once a month for a whole week but recently I have been spotting for 3 days then it went away and this was about a 2 weeks ago and since yesterday I’ve been bleeding a lot, every time I sit and pee it’s a blood bath and then my pad is either clean OR soaking in blood. Idk if I should call my ob or give it a while and then go get check I might be overthinking, btw if you read all of this thank you for reading and helping not much take their time. 💕
