Ppd gone bad..

I have ppd/ppa I'm on zoloft and it seems to work really well... except the nights my baby has trouble falling asleep. My husband is gone for a few months so I have nobody to just hand her off to when I need a break. When she takes a long time to fall asleep I just get SO angry. I've never been like this before sometimes I have to set her down I feel like my blood is boiling and I need to scream. I feel like such a bad mom for wanting to set her down and lay in bed for hours I'm just so exhausted. I dont have health insurance but I feel like something is wrong.
