I’m not engaged anymore 😢

So I’ve never cheated or gave this man one reason not to trust me but he say don’t want to get married anymore bc he doesn’t trust me. Like really wtf did I do to make him not trust me I work come straight home and cook clean and take car of the kids what the heck do men really want. And I don’t have no social life I basically have my kids as my friends
