How long does it usually take when BF to satisfy your LO?

My little one just seems to eat and eat what seems like forever till he falls asleep and I'm assuming when he falls asleep he's satisfied.

When they are newborn to about 4 months or so, it usually takes longer. In the early months, my son could take an hour. It felt like he would never stop. But after about 4 months or so, it got much shorter.

It takes me like an hour each time ☹️... we have to use a nipple shield so I think it takes her longer to get enough milk.

now he'll have a 10 minute snack that holds him for hours. At a few months, he'd eat for 45 minutes and be hungry again an hour later. They just get more efficient with age

When my baby was first born she would feed for like 45 mins to a hour for the first couple months. Now she’s almost 8 months, a feeding only takes 5-8 mins. She’s always fed every 2.5-3 hours.

Anywhere from 5 minutes on just one side to 25 minutes on both depending on the time of day and how tired she is when she’s eating 🤦🏻‍♀️

At 8 mos it’s 5-10 for my guy. Used to be way longer!
