Anyone here with gestational diabetes? I have a question about symptoms.. I've gotten tested but don't have my appointment till this Wednesday anyways I've noticed every time I eat some thing sweet I've noticed it happens mainly with chocolate cake or little Debbie chocolate cakes.. once I'm done eating it my chest hurts super bad where my heart is and it kind of feels like it's tightening. This never happened with my first pregnancy. I'm also experiencing blurred vision with black specks and I've been super thirsty. Any insight of what this could be is greatly appreciated!
