Hello ladies. My baby is 3 months old and used to be a great sleeper but a couple of weeks ago it’s like a switch went on and she stopped napping. She sleeps perfectly fine at night, in her crib but during the day she only wants to sleep in my arms, while I’m rocking her. And only in one particular position. I’ve tried everything and I’m desperate. I don’t even have time to eat during the day. It’s either bottle time, changing diaper, playing or rocking to sleep. Not to mention my arms are so sore from holding her so many hours. By the time nighttime comes and she is peacefully asleep in her bed I can’t be bothered to do anything because I am so exhausted. I’ve noticed she doesn’t do the same if my SO is around, he’s able to make her nap in her bed or swing. But when I’m home alone with her (every other day from 7am to 23pm) it’s like hell is being released. The cry it out method is not even an option because after 30 seconds of crying she turns purple and starts choking so please don’t suggest that. I would really appreciate if you have some advice or if you’ve been through this and you can tell me how you’ve handled it
