IUGR experience?

Her overall measurements are good, but her abdomen measures slightly small. 
Anyone have any experience with this?

Sometimes they call it IUGR when it's just a small baby. My daughter was induced because her abdomen was 8th% while everything else was around the 12th. At every NST, the placenta, fluid and baby looked great.  I'm still not sure why they insisted on inducing because she was growing just fine. She was just small. She was 6lbs 5oz at 39+2. My doctors since then don't even write down that she had iugr based on her birth weight. I think IUGR is more of a concern when the baby's growth has slowed.
