do UTIs always burn?

I know that a key symptom of UTI’s is that it burns when urinating, but is it possible for them to sometimes not burn? The past day or two i’ve had to pee constantly (like 30 minutes after i pee i have to go again) and i also am experiencing some dull pain in my bladder. Could this be a UTI even though it doesnt burn when i pee? I’m going to the drug store this evening to get a test but until then i’m super anxious about it, so any input would be great.
